♥ Passion
If there’s one this cell this week did, it was to really renew my passion for God. To really run after Him in a completely fresh way.
Prayer meeting itself was great We prayed for the girls, for the first time in what, history? During PM, I was really reminded that for most of us, the girls especially, we’ve become too contented with the cell, contented with who we are. We’re not trying to grow any more, be it on a personal level or not. It’s just enough for us to sit back in the cell.
Which is a bad thing. Because the moment we are satisfied with who we are, we stop trying to improve, and when we stop trying, we just stop growing.
Sometimes cell, even QT becomes routine. Sometimes.
I think for me, especially as an enthusiast (read: Sacred Pathways), I find expectations important. Expectations in the sense that I expect something to happen during cell, during QT.
I’ve forgotten the excitement, I’ve forgotten how to flow in the Spirit and let cell every week be different. This was why I loved coming for cell: It was always so EXCITING.
Something new would always happen, I’d always be touched in some way or another, I’d learn something from it. Every day, before my QT, it is this expectation that makes it so good. This excitement for His Presence, this burning anticipation, even, that my life would be touched. I like that.
I’m excited to see what God’s going to do in the cell, in my life, in the world around me.
All God’s saints in these latter days
Have you heard what the holy book says
Visions and dreams we all shall see
Holy Ghost fire saturate our beings
