♥ Peace.
Looked through my past notes, and I found the message on peace [journey to Christlikeness Part E]. I really want peace in my life again, and I haven't done anything I'm supposed to, supposedly.
Will bring out the important verses and points to bring out my point. Lol.
#1: Peace with God
[Isaiah 48:17-18] When we heed His commandments (obedience), we will have peace with God.
Another way to have peace with God is confession/accountability.
I haven't done either, really...been quite unfaithful these days, sigh! Resolve to change that, though. Definitely. I've decided to fast for my spiritual life tomorrow.
#2: Peace with one another
Even if it's not our fault, we must go and reconcile.
[Ephesians 4:3] we must ASK for and GRANT forgiveness
Don't gossip. When rumors start they get worse.
Sometimes the hardest thing to do is to be honest.
When someone hurts you, apologize.
See, that's what happened just now...

#4: Peace within ourselves
[Philippians 4:7] God will guard our hearts and MINDS from worry and frustration
The greatest reward God can give you is peace.
[John 14:27] Don't be troubled or afraid
Let the peace of God be with you
[Job 22:21]; [Romans 8:6]
Because I didn't manage to fulfil #1 and #2, I couldn't have peace within myself, thus the very screwed up day.
Which led to me praying to God for answers, which led to God telling me that, so things worked well (enough) for today.
...Sigh.
