Stuck with all my thoughts...

Usually to sleep I pick one out of the many to ponder. But today there's too many.

Usually counting sheep makes me get bored. But today I can't get past No. 6.

I don't know why.
My thoughts are raging in my head - literally.

Tetris, mischievous kiss, _____, God, cell, sisters;

Everything!
